official website on April 16, 2004. The website launching
ceremony was held at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel and
Dr. Abdul Moyeen Khan, Hon'ble Minister of Science and
Information & Communication Technology was present
as the chief guest and officially inaugurated the website.
Secretary, Ministry of health & Family welfare,
Director of Drug Administration and Dean, Faculty of
Pharmacy, DU were present among others. This website
will aid the health professionals and general citizens
both home and abroad to communicate and exchange information
and also to know about the pharmaceutical and Pharmacy
Education sector of Bangladesh. We are glad to know
that your university has pharmacy discipline and offering
both B. Pharm and M. Pharm degree. We believe this website
will be a milestone for expanding the awareness about
the pharmacy education in Bangladesh. In the current
